Scotch Perfect Rob Roy
A refined twist on the classic Rob Roy, combining the rich flavors of Scotch with sweet and dry vermouth.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Scotch, 1/2 oz of sweet vermouth, and 1/2 oz of dry vermouth.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared coupe glass.
- Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
