Scotch Prince of Wales
A refined cocktail that combines the smokiness of Scotch whisky with a hint of sweetness and citrus, perfect for a sophisticated gathering.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to cool.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Scotch whisky, 0.5 oz of sweet vermouth, and 0.25 oz of orange curaçao.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Express the oils from a twist of lemon peel over the top of the drink, then drop it in as garnish.
