Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 ounces of Scotch whisky.
- Pour in 1 ounce of sweet vermouth.
- Squeeze in 1/2 ounce of fresh lemon juice.
- Shake well until chilled and combined.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with 2 ounces of soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry.
