Instructions
- Combine the Scotch whisky, honey syrup, lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
- Dry shake (shake without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
