Scotch Smoky Hot Chocolate

Instructions
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
- Add the cocoa powder and sugar to the hot milk, whisking until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Scotch whisky until well combined.
- Pour the hot chocolate into a mug and top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
- Garnish with marshmallows on top and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
