A rich and complex sour cocktail combining the deep flavors of Scotch whisky, smoky notes, and a hint of maple sweetness, topped with a creamy egg white foam.
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Scotch, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz of maple syrup, and 1/2 oz of egg white.
- Dry shake (without ice) for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for another 20 seconds until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass to achieve a smooth texture.
- Drizzle a small amount of maple syrup on top and garnish with a lemon twist.
