Step 1.
- Muddle fresh mint leaves in a shaker to release oils.
Step 2.
- Add Scotch whisky, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint. Ensure the mint is fresh.
