Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Scotch, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to froth the egg white.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the drink.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.
