Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, add 2 oz of Scotch whisky, 1 oz of fresh pear juice, 0.75 oz of lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a thin slice of pear and a sprinkle of smoked salt.
