Step 1.
- In a large punch bowl, combine 750 ml of Scotch whisky, 500 ml of fresh lemon juice, and 500 ml of honey syrup (1 part honey dissolved in 1 part water).
Step 2.
- Add 1 liter of chilled soda water to the mixture.
Step 3.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients without losing bubbles.
Step 4.
- Fill the punch bowl with ice or add ice cubes to individual punch cups.
Step 5.
- Garnish each serving with fresh mint sprigs and slices of lemon.
Step 6.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
