Scotch Smoky Remember the Maine
A smoky twist on the classic Remember the Maine, this cocktail combines the rich flavors of Scotch whiskey with sweet vermouth and a hint of absinthe for a unique taste experience.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Scotch whiskey, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 1/4 oz of absinthe.
- Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Remove the coupe glass from the freezer or discard the ice water.
- Strain the mixture from the mixing glass into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a cherry.
