Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, add 2 ounces of Speyside Scotch whisky.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1 ounce of sweet vermouth.
Step 4.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Step 5.
- Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
