Sherry and Bitters
A refreshing and complex cocktail that balances the sweetness of sherry with the aromatic bitters.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Pour in 2 ounces of dry sherry.
- Add 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.
- Stir gently until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
