Sherry Flip 1862
A rich and creamy cocktail combining sherry, egg, and sugar for a luxurious treat.
Instructions
- Add 2 oz of Fino sherry, 1 oz of simple syrup, and 1 whole egg to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
