Instructions

- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of sherry, 1 oz of simple syrup, and 1 whole egg.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Discard the ice from the chilled coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
