A rich and creamy cocktail blending Sherry with egg and sweet syrup for a smooth finish.

Instructions

- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Fino or Oloroso Sherry, 1 oz of simple syrup, and 1 fresh egg.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Grate a small amount of nutmeg over the top for garnish.
