Instructions
- Chill a coupé glass.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Fino sherry, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into the chilled coupé glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
