Sherry Vieux Carré
A sophisticated twist on the classic Vieux Carré, featuring sherry for added depth and character.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1 oz of Sherry.
- Pour in 1 oz of Rye Whiskey.
- Add 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth.
- Include 0.25 oz of Benedictine.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Add 1 oz of Sherry.
- Pour in 1 oz of Rye Whiskey.
- Add 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth.
