Instructions

Step 1.
- Prepare the smoked syrup by combining sugar with water in a saucepan over low heat until dissolved, then infusing with wood chips for smoke flavor.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine the rum, smoked syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, and bitters with ice. Shake well.
Step 3.
