Instructions
- Rub the rim of a highball glass with a lime wedge and dip in salt (optional).
- In a shaker, muddle a few slices of fresh jalapeño (adjust to taste) with lime juice.
- Add tequila and grapefruit soda to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and gently stir to combine.
- Strain into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of jalapeño.
