Instructions

Step 1.
- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
Step 2.
- Pour 2 oz of dark rum over the ice.
Step 3.
- Add 1 oz of fresh lime juice and 1 oz of simple syrup.
Step 4.
- Use a swizzle stick to mix the ingredients and chill the drink thoroughly.
Step 5.
- Top with more crushed ice, if necessary.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
