Instructions

Step 1.
- Rub the rim of a rocks glass with lime juice and dip into salt to coat.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 1 oz of orange liqueur, and 1 oz of fresh fruit puree (mango or strawberry).
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Top with a splash of club soda for fizz.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.
