Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of coconut cream, 1 oz of lime juice, and 1 oz of simple syrup into the shaker.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with 2 oz of club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and toasted coconut flakes.
