Step 1.
- Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh.
Step 2.
- In a blender, combine the scooped dragon fruit flesh, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup.
Step 3.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
Step 4.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour the blended mixture in.
Step 5.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds to chill.
Step 6.
- Strain the mixture into a rimmed cocktail glass filled with ice.
Step 7.
- Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit and a lime wheel.
