Instructions
- Rim a highball glass with lime juice and dip in chili salt to coat the edge.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of agave syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with 2 oz of soda water for a fizzy finish.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
