Tequila Flip
A creamy, frothy cocktail that combines the boldness of tequila with the richness of egg and a touch of sweetness.
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of simple syrup, and 1 whole egg.
- Shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake until well chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
