Instructions
- Chill a wine glass with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of hibiscus syrup, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Discard the ice water from the wine glass.
- Strain the mixture into the wine glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling water.
- Garnish with a hibiscus flower and a lime wheel.
