Tequila Piña Smash
A refreshing blend of tequila and tropical pineapple, muddled with mint for an invigorating twist.
Instructions
- Muddle fresh mint leaves at the bottom of a shaker to release their oils.
- Add fresh pineapple chunks and muddle again until well crushed.
- Pour in the tequila and fresh lime juice, then add ice to the shaker.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint.
