Tequila Reposado Sour
A refreshing and zesty cocktail combining the rich flavors of reposado tequila with the tang of citrus and a hint of sweetness.
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of tequila reposado, 3/4 oz of fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz of simple syrup, and 1/2 oz of egg white (optional).
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine and aerate the egg white.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
