Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz of vanilla syrup, and 1 oz of egg white to the shaker.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a vanilla pod and a lime wheel.
