Step 1.
- Chill the coupé glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz Fino sherry, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup.
Step 3.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain into the chilled coupé glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on top. Serve immediately.
