Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Amontillado sherry, 1/2 oz of sweet vermouth, and 1/4 oz of simple syrup.
- Add ice and stir gently until well chilled.
- Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
- Express the oils from a twist of lemon peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
