Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer or with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Fino Sherry, 0.5 oz of dry vermouth, and 0.5 oz of orange bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on top.
