Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of dry sherry, 1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of simple syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the coupe glass.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
