Step 1.
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, add ice, 1.5 oz of amaretto, 1 oz of cream, and 0.5 oz of coffee liqueur.
Step 3.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with toasted almond slivers on top.
