Instructions

Step 1.
- In a bowl, combine 2 egg whites and beat until frothy.
Step 2.
- In a separate bowl, mix together 2 egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Step 3.
- Gradually fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture to create a batter.
Step 4.
- Stir in 1 cup of dark rum and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
