Step 1.
- Chill a martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of vodka and 1 ounce of dry vermouth.
Step 3.
- Add a pinch of fresh cracked black pepper and ice to the shaker.
Step 4.
- Shake well for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Strain into the chilled martini glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a sprinkle of more cracked black pepper.
