Wet Martini
A classic cocktail with a balance of dry and sweet vermouth, offering a sophisticated twist on the traditional martini.
Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, add 2.5 ounces of gin and 0.5 ounces of sweet vermouth.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an olive or a twist of lemon peel.
